RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We hope you love your purchase! If you're unhappy for any reason, please send us an email at sales@kittykazoom.com within 14 days of your purchase date for a refund or exchange.

RETURNS

Items that are unused and still in original packaging are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase. There must be no visible signs of use or wear.

To start a return, please contact us at sales@kittykazoom.com with your name and order number. Once your return is approved, ship the item to:

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, cat treats, catnip sprays, catnip bubbles, or clothing. Please contact sales@kittykazoom.com if you have questions about your specific item.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately at sales@kittykazoom.com if any items are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can make it right.

EXCHANGES

Items that are unused and still in original packaging are eligible for exchange within 14 days of purchase and may be exchanged for an item of equal value. Contact sales@kittykazoom.com with your name and order number to start an exchange.

REFUNDS

Refunds and exchanges will be initiated within 10 business days of receipt of your return at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued to the card used for original payment. It can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't seen the refund, please contact sales@kittykazoom.com.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact sales@kittykazoom.com to begin.
