Even more troubling, the velcro area where you insert the catnip released some sort of irritating fibers that felt like glass splinters in my fingers. Super uncomfortable. I emailed their support team and was genuinely impressed - they replied almost instantly and are already sending another one. That's how you keep customers happy!

The refill compartment is way too small and the velcro situation is just poorly thought out. Trying to open it without catnip getting everywhere is basically impossible, and once you do, good luck getting it to close back up securely.
